More than 51 million adults in the United States and 200 million people worldwide experience chronic incontinence issues. Often considered a health concern affecting only older females, incontinence affects men and women of all ages from every cultural background.

“Incontinence can be an embarrassing and isolating condition, yet it is far more common than most people think,” said Dr. Kaufman, a board-certified urologist. “We’re proud to offer patients a state-of-the-art facility where they can receive compassionate, specialized and individualized care so they can experience a better quality of life and live more confidently.”

The Cool Springs Incontinence Institute offers patients from across the nation a variety of highly effective surgical and non-surgical treatments, including InterStim® Therapy, urethral sling surgery, medication, physical therapy and dietary modification.

“The health care professionals at the Cool Springs Incontinence Institute are specially trained to provide the highest quality care with understanding and sensitivity to each of our patients,” said Dr. Jarnagin, who specializes in urogynecology and minimally invasive surgery. “Our team includes Medical Concierges who are available to answer questions and take care of any patient needs from their first contact with the Institute throughout their entire treatment.”

Located within the Cool Springs Surgery Center at 2009 Mallory Lane in Cool Springs, the Cool Springs Incontinence Institute is already helping patients from across the country find lasting solutions for bladder and bowel incontinence issues.
